I went into the recording studio on Monday night and stayed until 1:30 AM to finish my demo CD. (and had to get up for work at 6...NOT fun!) There are two songs--Stand in Holy Places and I Feel My Savior's Love. I may possibly go in and add a third, but for the time being, it's done!
What's the next step? Not really sure. I'm starting to make some good contacts so hopefully I'll be able to just start handing it out and someone will like it! Or maybe I'll save up to just do my own CD. For the next few months, I'll be passing out my demo CD and writing more music and we will see what happens!

Awesome job Jackie! Have you tried out for American Idol? You totally should.
Love love love them. You don't stick with the melody the whole time and I really like it. It sounds so nice. You have sucha creamy voice and it is spot on. I enjoyed the songs so much. I agree with Megan you should try out for American Idol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
