Speed Week!

In August, Tyler and I went to the Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week! For those who are unfamiliar with Speed Week, it's an event they hold every year where drivers compete for land speed records.

It was fun walking around and seeing all of the old cars

Afterwards we went home and watched The World's Fastest Indian. It's about Burt Munro, a New Zealander who built an Indian Motorcycle and took it to the Salt Flats where he set the land speed record in 1967...and it still stands today. It's a neat movie. If you haven't ever seen it, you need to! It's great!
